APPEARANCE
Hawkstrike's quite a large tom, it may not seem from the picture, but he is quite large. Not too large, but large. Along with this, his weight gives him an advantage. Hawkstrike's pelt is strangely marked, light black strikes and mackeral tabby markings along his sides, back, and half of his belly and chest, with regular tabby markings along his face. Hawkstrike's tail is the most unique, his tail tip black with one noticeable black ring following before the tip, the rest of the rings going from a dark brown to a lighter brown. His eyes are a fairly pale yellow.
PERSONALITY
Hawkstrike is rather friendly & loyal to the clan. He's very social as well with the cats within the clan. However, the loyal part is where he can be very daring and die for the clan. He would interfere a fight to protect some cat within his clan. Hawkstrike is rather leaderly as well, he likes to be in charge at times. He's not so leaderly to the point where he's ambitious though. Hawkstrike is also fair towards others. Hawkstrike is intelligent as well, this large tom isn't stupid whatsoever, as he always has things planned ahead of time.
Hawkstrike can be found intimidating & aggressive when in a bad mood. Jawkstrike is usually in a bad moon after deaths, battles, and sometimes bad gatherings. Hawkstrike doesn't try to be intimidating but he can quickly become strict & stern.
Although Hawkstrike has his neutral and positive traits he also has his negative ones too. Sometimes, Hawkstrike is highly abrasive and rather not listen and stand to hear what another has to say. When he puts his paw down, it usually means to walk away before something bad happens. In the past, Hawkstrike was terribly thievish and still is today, but less, he likes to steal prey from other clan territories. Hawkstrike is short-tempered, angered easily. He can be angered by little things. Hawkstrike follows the warrior code, but he can be slightly disobeying it at times as well, breaking the code. Why? How? Hawkstrike can be found murderous as he's murdered cats in the past.

HISTORY
Kit:
Hawkstrike was born to Redsight and Bluecry of Thunderclan with a brother named Tigerkit. The two kits always seemed to have a rivalry. Tigerkit was always trying to get ahead and push Hawkkit around. However, Hawkkit was always the quicker and more swift one, weaving through the impossible. Tigerkit could never catch the breakneck kit. Hawkkit seemed to be the more athletic one rather than her larger brother, Hawkkit most likely to say every time the tom would stop to pant - "Haha, you'll never be quick enough to catch me! Slowkit!"
Yes, he'd call his own sibling, Slowkit. It was impolite but the tom somewhat deserved it since he'd push Hawkkit around when he had the chance. Either when Hawkkit was too tired or asleep. Hawkkit one day became six moons and her apprenticeship came, who was he mentored by? Lets find out!
Apprentice:
Hawkpaw was mentored by a massive tom named Buzzardleap, also a relative of Hawkpaw. Little did he know, this tom was though. Buzzardleap mentored him with a very stern and strict code which gave him those two traits within her personality. The tom was quite friendly though, however, he reached his ice-froze heart, the tom always had a harsh tone, but towards Hawkpaw it was different. She had a close relationship with him, no other cat could get to the snappy, moody, vicious tom.
One day, Tigerpaw found Buzzardleap with Bluecry, who was pregnant yet again. Tigerpaw was not alone, Hawkpaw was watching from the trees, the trees he'd learned to climb, taught by Buzzardleap. Buzzardleap hissed, his fur bristled as Bluecry practically cried out for help. Buzzardleap slashed her throat right then and there, however, no one knew, no one why it happened, what was the reason? That was the last time Hawkpaw saw her mentor, Buzzardleap spotted Hawkpaw and left. Hawkpaw ran back to camp, telling the leader what'd happened. Hawkpaw became a warrior soon after.

Hawkstrike tried to ignore questions that filled his mind. He soon became a warrior, before his brother had. He turned out to be an amazing hunter named Tigertooth. Hawkstrike had caught Tigertooth fighting some strange cat, his fur ragged and nappy, However, this tom was Danak, he couldn't tell as his fur grew longer, eyes brighter, and more muscular, larger, taller he was. The tom changed dramatically. Tigertooth died during the process in trying to kill this unknown tom (danak/buzzardleap). Little did Hawkstrike care either.
The tomcat still worries for the rogue, Buzzardleap who has newly named himself Danak. Hawkstrike continues on, repeating everything Buzzardleap had taught him. He now wants to pass all this on to an apprentice of his own. He's now hoping to find Danak as well, the tom who mentored him long ago. What happened to him? Why'd he leave him like that? Questions flood his mind of Danak every day, every moon he preys that he'll come back. He misses the tom, no, he didn't love him, he loved him more than he did his brother, it was more like a close bond. The bond between the two wasn't actual love, it was a different love, challenging to explain. Like the bond between a son and father or mother and daughter, something like that.
