Pale ginger tom with amber eyes
Burnetpaw is about average size for a tom his age, his paws are a tad big for his body but he has plenty of time to start steadily growing into them. His short fur is pale ginger with faint tabby markings that become darker around his face and tail. His eyes are a pale amber color.

PERSONALITY
Burnetpaw enjoys being the centered of attention, does not matter much to him if it is good or bad as long as he is in the middle of it. He desperately wants to be known and even more so he wants to be liked though he is not too sure how to go about it.
He can be a bit lax when it comes to clan borders, he does not think about the issues with making close friends in other territories and frankly he doesn't care as long as he can find someone to play with. He is very into exploring with friends, he will happily grab clanmates a take treks around the territory, shirking his actual duties.
Still he can be very playful he has a certain zest for life that has yet to be dampened and while he is incredibly unfocused he has his ambitions to one day be something big in his clan, someone who can make decisions instead of getting the orders.
He is short tempered, he doesn't like to take orders and will often charge ahead and not think clearly. He is quick to judge and quick to fight. Many cats will meet his sharp tongue and bad temper if he is in a foul mood.
He can be easily offended, he doesn't like to be negatively talked about and stresses about what others think of him though he pretends he doesn't care.
When Burnetpaw is being genuine, its shown that he truly wants the approval of his clanmates and loyal friends. He is fiercely protective of the ones he cares about, terrified of loss, and he can even be charming and pleasant to be around if he is around cats he finds pleasant. He even likes to goof around a bit, but he can become jealous when his friends or others make new friends being he is uncertain about sharing.

HISTORY
As a kit it would seem that Burnetkit would grow up to be happy and strong. He was playful, got along with his sister Goldenpaw and was known to closely follow his mother everywhere. He rarely ever wanted to leave her side, even if he got mocked for it.
He and his siblings were just barely getting use to their legs when their lives changed forever. It wasn't even a good change, they were not becoming apprentices for they still had many moons to go for that. It was the day he learned he was not quite fully Riverclan. When he began to learn he would never be quite good enough. His mother was caught by her fellow clanmates while she was with a strange cat, later it was learned that this cat was her mate. Burnetkit's father was a loner that occasionally visited the territory.
For reasons the queen never spoke of she fell in love with the loner and visited him enough to get with kits, though she constantly told the clan that she never had felt anything for him for she truly just sought to have kits, none of the toms at the time suited her.
For the time being their mother Tansyheart was separated from her kits as the clan decided what to do with her.
Burnetkit was distraught by this, he did not quite understand what was going on. He just knew he wanted his mother back and not this other queen in the nursery who was now in charge to watch him and his sister.
A couple moons later before Burnetkit and Goldenkit were to become apprenticed Tansyheart's punishment was over and she was allowed to go back to full duties for her clan. It was during this time that the siblings noticed they were treated a bit differently in the clan compared to the other kits, it seems some did not approve of their mother's pardoned and took out some of their distrust out on her kits. Realizing the clans distrust of them stemmed from what their mother did was when Burnetkit realize what it meant to be half clan, to have a loner as a father. He started to resent his mother, knowing that it was her fault that he was apparently different from others.
When he was apprenticed the rift between him and Tansyheart grew now that he no longer had to be in the nursery under her watchful eye. He began to seek his attention from anyone else in any way he could and often this resulted in mischief and trouble.
